Finca La Claudina, located in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, Colombia, is a coffee farm that has gained recognition for its high-quality coffee beans, including the Tabi variety. Managed by Juan F. Saldarriaga, the farm sits at an altitude of 1400-1800 meters above sea level, which contributes to the unique flavor profile of its coffee.

The Tabi variety, along with others such as Castillo, Caturra, and Geisha, are cultivated on approximately 18 hectares of the farm. The Tabi coffee is noted for its taste notes of caramel, fudge, red berries, apricot, and spices, which are a result of both the region's fertile volcanic soil and the farm's meticulous washed processing method.

The harvest at La Claudina takes place from September to December, and the farm employs innovative drying techniques to ensure the quality of the coffee despite the region's challenging humidity and temperature. The commitment to quality and the exploration of new processing methods reflect the dynamic nature of coffee production in Antioquia and contribute to Colombia's reputation as a leading producer of Arabica beans.
